I am a mixed media artist living and working in the beautiful Pacific Northwest region of the United States. My work is about unusual creatures living in imaginary worlds. I enjoy experimenting and working with various media and tools over the years. Layers of acrylic paint, ink, gouache, pencil, pastel, and collage on paper, canvas, and board are my preferred mediums. Stories, movies, and music inspire me as do dreams that take me on adventures into fantastical worlds filled with extraordinary creatures.
